Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)-7 Regional Director Leocadio Trovela graced the inauguration of two infrastructure projects worth P7 million in the Municipality Santa Fe, Cebu on April 22.
The projects were the P4-million farm-to-market road in Barangay Kinatarcan funded under the 2022 Support to the Barangay Development Program (SBDP) and the P3-million construction of a multi-purpose building in Barangay Hagdan charged under the 2022 Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (FALGU).
Mayor Ithamar Espinosa expressed hopes that the national government will fund more projects for the Municipality.
Also present were PDMU Chief Rommel Correa, Engr. Archie Garson of DILG-7 PDMU, Santa Fe OIC-MLGOO Niño Vincent Fiel, Bantayan OIC-MLGOO Michael Jickerie Alvarez, Madridejos OIC-MLGOO John Michael Legaspi, and LGOO II Engr. Louies Martin Gabutin of DILG Sugbo.
