In line with the Department’s thrust in making DILG a knowledge-centric organization, the DILG-7 under the leadership of Regional Director Leocadio Trovela conducted the second edition of the LGRRC-7 Knowledge Sharing Sessions for its personnel.
Thirteen personnel participated in the two-month knowledge-sharing sessions, which capped off Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Lantip Training Center.
Director Trovela delivered his inspirational message and led the awarding of certificates to the participants and the resource speakers.
The in-house resource speakers were namely: LGOO V Planning Officer Designate Frislie Gay Virador, LGOO II Legal Officer Designate Atty. Michael Vencynth Braga, Regional Information Officer Richiel Chavez, LGOO II Sofia Lorraine Ygot, LGOO II Mark Kevin Cimafranca, and LGOO II Jomari Lavador.
The Regional Information and Planning Unit spearheaded this activity which started on February 4 and was conducted in every Tuesday and Thursday.
The topics were knowledge management strategies, advanced aptitude test, problem-solving strategies, among others.
Some of the participants are set to take the Civil Service Examination on March 26, 2023.
