DILG-7 Director Leocadio Trovela, chair of the Regional Inter-agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases-7(RIATF-MEID7), joined the virtual launch of DREAM team today via Zoom conference.

IATF-MEID through Resolution No. 85 created the Data Resiliency for Ease of Access and Management (DREAM) team to harmonize and streamline the available information and communication technology solutions as critical response components against COVID-19. It is chaired by the Department of Information and Communication, with DILG, Department of Health, Department of Science and Technology, and information system management units of the Philippine National Police and Armed Forced of the Philippines as members.

Organizers laid down plans on the series of trainings and roll-out activities for DREAM team members and local government units.
