To beef up its efforts in carrying out its programs and activities this year, the DILG-7 management committee led by Director Leocadio Trovela convened on March 8 via Zoom platform.
The body discussed their plans and strategies in implementing its mandates and continuing the initiatives which the regional office had been doing even before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Field offices also shared their best practices and accomplishments for the year 2020.
Other matters discussed during the meeting were updates and briefers on the Retooled Community Support Program, vaccination efforts, Supreme Court ruling in the Mandanas Case, and Local Governance Resource Centers.
