DILG Secretary Atty. Benjamin Abalos Jr. spoke before the newly-minted councilors of Cebu Province in the Laying the Foundation for Effective Legislation: Orientation for Neophyte Legislators on Friday, July 15, at the Cebu Provincial Capitol Social Hall.
Sec. Abalos and Cebu Province Governor Gwen Garcia gave their inspirational message to the councilors. He also talked to Cebu media together with Gov. Garcia and DILG-7 Director Leocadio Trovela.
