For Online Application and Processing

  1. Register an account in the SSCP Portal (https://safetyseal.dilg.gov.ph/register ). Create Government agency profile and add establishment/s.
  2. Download and accomplish the Safety Seal Self-Assessment Checklist  Prepare the documents for the Means of Verification (MOV)
    • Note: All departments/ offices/ buildings in a Government Agency must have their own individual Safety Seal Certification before the Government Agency be certified to Safety Seal.
  3. Transfer information from the Self-Assessment Checklist to the Online Checklist and upload the pertinent MOVs per indicator.
  4. Print the Safety Seal Certification on an A4 size photo paper (upon the online verification of DILG FO)

Onsite Inspection

  1. Download and accomplish the Safety Seal Self-Assessment Checklist to check office compliance.
    • Note: All departments/ offices/ buildings in a Government Agency must have their own individual Safety Seal Certification before the Government Agency be certified to Safety Seal.
  2. Coordinate with your local DILG Field Office to conduct the onsite validation. You may reach them through our Website .
